Every vial carries its lot number, so the material can be matched to its certificate of analysis on the product page or on request.

Where do I find the certificate?+
On the product page, filed against the lot number printed on your vial. Where no certificate is on file yet, the page says pending and shows no figure. The lot lookup opens the certificate for an exact batch once it is filed.
What does “research use only” mean?+
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or dosing claims are made. You must be 21 or older to order.
How fast do you ship?+
Orders ship from the United States in plain, protective, unbranded packaging, tracked to the door. Ground, 2-Day, Overnight and Cold Chain at checkout. Free Ground or 2-Day on orders of $200 and up. Prices and transit estimates are shown at checkout and set out in the shipping policy.
How is my order packaged?+
Discreetly, in plain unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the exterior. Lyophilized vials are stable in transit; store per your research protocol on arrival.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Email us within seven days with photos and your order number. Damage that clearly occurred in transit is replaced at our discretion. See the returns policy for full details.
Where are the products made?+
Sourced from a vetted supplier and held to one standard across the catalog: every lot is sent out for third-party testing, and its certificate is filed against the batch number.
